This 1986 Hatteras 54 Classic was one of the best motor yachts Hatteras ever built. Its special modern lines, wider beam, large aft deck and walkaround side decks.
As you enter either side of the deck doors, you enter the open-air pilothouse to the salon, with great visibility while underway. but most importantly the wide beam and feel of a much larger vessel.
The salon is spacious and leads aft to an oversized Aft Deck. The salon and Aft Deck are separated by the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors and the aft deck has wing doors leading to the walkaround decks.
As you go back forward on the port side, you go down a few stairs to the mid-level Galley that is full beam and well equipped and includes a 4 person dinette.
Forward of the galley is the 3rd Stateroom or crew's quarters that includes a stacked washer/dryer. Aft and down a few steps to both sides of the hallway is the port and starboard engine rooms. Aft of the port engine room is a Guest Stateroom with twin berths and a head to the starboard side of the hallway.
The Master is aft with a queen berth centerline, ensuite head, and large closet. Moving back up to the Pilothouse there is an open-air staircase to the Flybridge where there is a second steering station, with (2) Pompanette chairs and a large U-shaped seating area covered by a large Bimini top.
There is also a large sunning area on the foredeck and a forward-facing bench seat.
