The Azimut Leonardo 100 motor yacht was built in 2010 by Azimut in Viareggio, Italy. The yacht’s interior is designed by Carlo Galeazzi and her exterior styling is by Stefano Righini. The Azimut Leonardo 100 series features a planing GRP hull with GRP superstructure and is the successor to the Leonardo 98 series.
History of the Azimut Leonardo
Azimut updated its 98 Leonardo with the newer 100-foot model in the 2010 model year. After six years in production, the 98 was a trendsetter for the design of a larger low-profile sport yacht who retained a full flybridge. The 100 Leonardo is simply an upgraded version of the 98. The most notable modification for the 100 is the hard top with sunroof which covers the forward flybridge. Additional changes include the hull windows in the owners’ suite and the forward VIP cabin, and the two new larger furniture units on the forward deck. The interior remains the same as the 98, highlighted by its famed circular salon entry door and open floor plan with full-service bar just aft of the separated pilothouse.
